At the moment, the engine is being 100% reliable. Its currently in primer, struggling to find time to progress at the moment though.

Of all the hardware on show that day I (rover biased) found this the most alluring . Love the BRG and the BRM nose and those white wheels ----oohhh those wheels - me likeeeeee!!!

Thankyou very much.

This is it last year

Oh, the "Ull merter sherr" took me a minute to work out, but once I got it, I literally LOL'd

I shall be back there again this year, can't say whether the car will be painted by then. Fingers crossed though.

That post took me absolutely AGES to write out. Originally did it as a word document, copied in the IMG codes to suit.

Never realised it would be so big. It actually crashes my computer every time I open this thread.

I suppose you could call this a big update.

The Rover is finally painted!!!

I had a moment of madness, well a few hours of madness in reality.

Decided to Camo the full car.

So, 15 rattle cans later, here is the result...

I must say, this is not a permanent thing. I loved the car too much in the shiny BRG, so I will have it professionally resprayed in time for show season next year.

Admittedly though, the attention its had at the show and cruise I've been to this weekend has been insane. Even just driving the car round its getting people looking

that looks awesome in camo. and as a bonus, it's now waterproof
can see why it's getting so much attention.

That looks freaking sweet. Logged in specially to post this!

I do have to ask, though - what colour is it listed as on the V5 now?

Currently its listed as green.

I wouldn't actually know what to list it as. Its now green, brown, khaki and black

So far, you're the first person to say they don't like it. I appreciate your honesty though.

As I say my plans is that its not permanent. Hopefully it'll eventually be a nice metallic British Racing Green, hopefully with a nice pearl effect to the paint.

Thats more than likely going to be in time for show season next year.

I had a blank canvas to play with, so fancied something completely different

I'm not usually one for Cars with "odd" paintjobs, however... I do actually like it alot!

Still would be better BRG again though

That works insanely well

I think its because you have the crisp details like the plates, lights and wheels etc that set it off from the flat, blurry paint.
