help
hi all, am new to this site, i need help i have just recently purchased an mg tf 1.8 stepspeed on a 52 plate,a few days later after driving home i notice the batt icon flicker on dash it then went off,a day later various other icon started illuminating and staying on(batt light not on) loss of speedo,rev counter,steering become very heavy,anyway changed batt seemed ok then it started again??? help pls

Or a dying alternator. Also check that the auxiliary belt, the one that drives the alternator and power steering pump is in good condition and is not slipping.
