Hi all, I need to replace the Side Impact Sensor on my R75. I believe it is under the seat under the carpet. Having had the seat wires soldered I am loathed to take out the seats to get to it. Does anyone know exactly where it is as I am considering cutting the carpet under the seat to get to it rather than pulling out the seats to do the job - Is that possible?
Precise location would be really helpful
Thanks All
A proper crimp connection would give 99% as good connection, highly unlikely to work lose, and you could remove the connections in a matter of seconds.
I had the light come on a long while ago and then changed my original seats for full leather. Since I did this and made the connectors secure I have never had the light come on again... More info here... Click Me
