I have a r200 2.0 td and i want somthing new like a 25 but should i get a petrol or diesel?mine does 340 miles to 37 literes of diesel.any help would be great, cheers steve
Diesel all the way! Not that i am biased or anything  All depends on what sort of travelling/mileage you do, to justify it from a financial point of view. I just love how they drive, and not worry about the financial aspect of it.
Completely depends on what you want. Diesel will obviously give more mpg. How many miles do you do? But if you're after a performance model (without extensive modding) then such petrol models are readily available.
i do mostly local driving and some times do a bit of motor way.does any body know about the fuel gauge?because every time mines on red it only seems to hold about 38 liters and in the manual it says it should hold 50,any ideas?
My fuel gauge is the same, even when below the red line I've never put more than 40L. Might be due to no low fuel light, making sure people don't run out?
The fuel guages to be fair are c**p. They don't have low fuel lights and hold 50 litres. It's 40 litres from full to the red part on the guage and then a 10 litre reserve.

Why not, diesel prices are on the way up faster than petrol these days, ok you might get more for your money at the minute. But the government is pushing for people to use diesel right.... therefore people will use more diesel, hence prices will rise. And then could it be that petrol would be more economical
lol, good advice. I think everyone has a mate who has ended up with one of those...
