Hi there, i just drove my ZR in the pouring rain and the passenger was complaining of a water leak which started off with just a few drops onto his feet.
After the journey i looked under the glove box and the black box underneath (which i dont know what it is) was soaking wet, and i undid this clip on the front of the box and water started pouring from the box into the passenger floor!
The car has just had an air conditioning service and re-gas,
sounds like the pollen filter housing, but the cars are designed to not let water in like that...
check that the scuttle panel is correctly fitted, i can't think of any other reason ATM.
if it only does it in the pouring rain and ur not loosing coolent i doubt its the heater matrix. if i were u i would look and try and see if there r any water traces as to where it could of come from
coop
