Hi all, have recently taken the gear lever apart because of the annoying rattling noise around 2000 rpm. There is a plastic kind of cup in which the ball of the stick goes into. Seems like that cup has partly worn away during the years causing the dreadful rattle. Do you know if I can find the item new or do I look second hand? Also, will it fit from a 600 Honda? Thanks!

Im not to sure which part you are talking about, but have a look on this page and see if its there. If its not available at rimmers, just google the part number and it may pull something up.

Cheers, looks like it's no12 from the diagram(bearing ball) Hope that cures the problem.
