Bulbs?
As some of you may know I cracked my windscreen and smashed my mirror up the other day. I decided to up grade to the TF mirror on replacement.
I was going to upgrade the bulbs in it to white LED's, to match my other interior light. The problem is, when I change them, after the lights went out, them seemed to still have a very slight glow to them (only on a few seconds). Just like residual power in the wiring being used up. But after 10 min's or so it hadnt gone. Anyone have any idea on this? |

This highly depends how LEDs are constructed. For example my LED interor light have glow you have while LEDs in my mirror do not. LEDs needs really small amount of power and residual power existing in wiring lights them up (Veeeery dimly, but still...).
I do not have problems with my setup. Get used to it (do not even see it in the mirror when driving). |

You need to either buy Canbus LED's or fit a resistor which i'm sure someone will kindly pop along and let you know
