Rover 45/1600 Redex Injector Cleaner

Anybody able to advise if Redex Injector Cleaner is a worthwhile treatment, I'm trying to cure lumpy idling and thought this may help. See my other threadhttp://forums.mg-rover.org/showthread.php?t=126266

I use it on a regular basis, not saying that it will cure lumpy idle, but does keep the injectors clean..thats a help really.

I put some in before I left work, one of the sample bottles, I'll put a standard dose in when I fillup tomorrow. Do you both use the recomended dose and how often. Many thanks
