Where can I buy genuine Rover spares? - MG-Rover.org Forums

Hi

I just joined the forum. I haven't looked in Yellow Pages or anywhere yet, but how easy is it to buy 'genuine' Rover parts in the UK these days? And who from? i.e. given that most of the Rover dealers have closed?

I live in the north London/south Herts area. Perhaps Unipart dealers can help? Or which are the best web sites for Rover spares? I just found the Xpart link. This forum has already proved useful, thanks. Xpart list local dealers, so perhaps that's my answer. Is it service as normal for old Rovers, would you say, or have prices and the availability of spares suffered as a result of Rover's demise.

My car is a 1990 Rover 214SLi with a K series engine and single-point fuel injection.

If you get stuck, SMC in High Wycombe are still dealing in Rovers/MGs and have a spares counter
