MS Exchange server problem

Acer laptop won't email a document from MS Word. Error message says:

logon failed. you must log on to Microsoft Exchange Server to your address book. Error code "unspecified error".

Also I cannot now access our shared printer on the wireless network from this laptop.

All else seems OK.

Any ideas as to what might be going on?
