Hello all!

I have just placed a deposit on a trophy blue ZS 180. Its on an 01 plate with 39k miles on the clock, 1 previous owner. I can't wait to collect it next weekend!

It will be interesting comparing it to the 306 rallye I currently have. I hear it is a class act as a driver-focussed car. I certainly hope so!

Thanks guys.

I had thought long about which is the best performance car for a budget under £5k (for sensible running costs: - ruling out an imported scooby!). Its a bit bigger and plusher than hot hatches that I have gone for in the past but maybe I'm growing up!!

Its a saloon, They are structurally more ridgid, so I hear. I especially like the fact it has the smaller, non-'extreme' rear wing.

I will let you know how I get on.

hello and welcome to the forums, I hope you find them useful

A great choice of car there - the KV6 engine is special and the decision furthermore to fit it into the ZS range was an excellent one. Let us know what you think of it when you begin to use it frequently.
