Getting a video to my Ipaq

I need to get a 690MB wmv file to work on my Ipaq - I'm not having a lot of luck in doing so! I think transferring it after converting the file to mobile format is ok, but......

I can find the file on my SD card but if I try to open it it says there is no aplication associated with this file, please open it from within the application - which I try to do but then I cannot see it!

I really should have asked you at the weekend to look at it Baz......

Any ideas people?

Ah - I'm getting there - using Pocket TV

Using mpeg files instead of avi and wmv

I usually find that if the vid is synched (and converted at the same time) by windose media player it will be picked up in the same synched playlist that you set in WMP

Anything else I've used Pocket TV for of course.
