Smile Rover 400 - Radio code

hi

have recently had my electrics fixed on my rover 400 , i have the radio code , currently the radio displays the message "" WAIT " as I do not know the correct procedure for entering the code , can anyone tell me howto enter the radio code correctly?

I thought you went along the buttons and pressed each one the corresponding number of time for the code digit ?

cheers

cmb

Which radio is it? The procedure varies with different models.

Normally aspirated engines suck. They really do. Good job turbocharged engines blow and suck. That's better.

Hi cmb,

How did you sort this ?

Have the same issue on the wife's radio (in a 400). We have the code, but it's been put in incorrectly, so now displays 'Code wait' constantly.
