ther is a company here which has developed a de-cat for the zs, would it fit in my zr-160???

Any place that fits custom exhausts should be able to make you a de-cat pipe.

so what do u mean? is it the same the zs one?the man that makes them told me that i have to send him my original cat in order to make the de-cat fopr me, but i cant be 5 days without my car

wil i get any more bhp with the de-cat?

You might gain a couple of bhp, the engine will be a bit more free reving too.

A de-cat pipe is just a short section of pipe with a flange at each end, and maybe a bit of silencing around it.
