Rover 75 - Cold air blowing out of my heater

i have cold air blowing just out of the passenger middle vent the other vent are hot what can this be and can it be repaired

Most likely a blocked heater matrix - has been reported before. The heater matrix needs flushing out to get rid of the blockage.

You could try by putting both temps on full, think thats 28 and going for a drive.

May work?
