Getrag gearbox

I've got a 04 plate 45 fitted with a Getrag gearbox. Is this box reliable as it sounds a bit noisy at idle. What oil can I use for topping up and where is the level/filler plug? It looks like the same box as fitted to the old Escort and Fiesta and these used EP 80. Thanks

I thought that Getrag gearbox was the same as fitted to previous Ford Focus.

The getrag box is supposed to be very reliable. I suppose though it depends on the use/abuse.
