New 75, goodbye 600!

Hi all,

Just popping my head around the door to say hello. Great forum btw!

I've just bagged myself a bargain...2003 Rover 75 Con SE CDTi for only £3,750! Had my eye on a 75 for over a year now, but finally decided to take the plunge. Have since covered about 300 miles, so far no problems to report but finding the climate control is a bugger...I've regassed it but still not that cold. Anyway, thats for another time!

Sold my 1999 Rover 618iS, lovely condition with loads of history bills etc, and all for the bargain price of £800! Madness! The guy drove miles from Cardiff to view it so he obviously knew it was a good one. Now to be used as a taxi in its final years :-(

All the best to everyone.

Welcome to the forums Shaun.

A fine 75 you've bought there. What colour is it?

Hi Ian,

Its racing green. It wasnt the colour I was originally after, but as the price was right I could resist. The colour has definately grown on me and now I wouldnt change it for any other colour. Its turning out to be quite a headturner around town!

cheers

Shaun

British Racing Green is one of my favourite colours on the 75. When you get a moment, don't forget to pop along to the 75/ZT section and post some pictures of your car. We always love to see piccies
