Question Parrot CK v3.13

when i bought my r25, about 2 months ago now, this came included in the deal, already installed and ready to go apparently.
When i tried it out i could hear the voices of the person on the other end of the line but they could not hear my voice. Therefore, i reason that the speakers works but im not sure why the microphone does not.
The unit where the green "pick up" button and red "stop call" button are is on the panel down by where the handbrake is and the microphone is situated in the right hand top corner above the windshield.

For those who have one of these devices, could you please suggest any reasons why it is not working and how it may be fixed.

Thanks a lot

jc

Mic genuinely died?? loose connection?? Mic volume set to minimum in settings maybe??

Could be a bunch of things so i don't think you'll find out until u do a bit of testing... worth it tho - great kits when up and running. I've got the CK3100...

I dont know if the mic has genuinely died and have no idea how to test it, i also have no clue wotsoever on where i should be looking to see if it has any loose connections and to be honest i had no idea you could change any of the settings as the only buttons on the system, as i can see, are the green and red start call and end call buttons. What should i be looking for and whereabouts will i find them?
