does an "oil service" include air and fuel filter change?!

ok was looking through the service history of my car the other day and the only servicing logged in the book is oil service. now there was no box to tick for "full service" so am i to assume that these meant the air and fuel filters were changed as well? if not then im thinking they may not ever have been changed as i cant find any receipts and there is no mention of it! only got thecar about a month ago and has ran fine and now has 40k on clock. i know this question proably seems quite silly to all of you!

I would expect the air filter to have been done, but not necessarily the fuel filter.
