1997 Vi with "blind" Alarm

I'm wondering, what were the Rovers enginers thinking, to install "blind" Alarm in R200 bubble. In other words, alarm goes off, and no visual signs of it. I'm parking my car in parking spot, sharing the spot with other 50 cars. So, in the middle of the night alarm goes off, and how the h.ll would people know which car is on strike by hulligans or car thief??!! Is there any chance to "re-wiring" or something?

The horn does sound, but the lights aren't flashing. Also when I lock/unlock the car, no signs of lights.

Post 1998 5AS matched to your ECU, not sure if you'd need the loom from a post 1998 vi or not though?
