thrust bearing

have had a noisy release bearing for a while, especially loud in first gear, was wondering how long it will last and what happens if it is left the way it is, also price on fixing it, live in newcastle/Nottingham

it could last days it could last months, when ever i've had a noisy one i've just left it until it fell to pieces, then when changing it i'd do the clutch at the same time. Can you bear to live with the noise though?

yeah noise is bad but money is more important so atm gonna let it be and hope for the best, its been doing it for a few months so will see how much more life it has in it.
