will disconnecting battery affect immobilser/alarm/locking?

if i dissocnnect my battery (removing the - wire right?) before i attatch the power cable for my amp when reconnecting the battery will this cause any probs with my immobiliser, alarm, remote central locking or anyhting else that comes to mind?
i know it can affect the standard head unit but i dont have one!

No mate, wont do anything to the alarm. ive disconnected mine about 20+ times in the last 3 months and you dont even need to re sync the fobs.
