rear bumper removal

hi i'm going to fit a towbar and just need to no how to get the bumper off

Had the bumper off my saloon. Very easy 10 miniute job. The tourer is very similar. First remove the single screw securing each end of the bumper to the rear wheel arch liner under the car. Also under the car remove the two screw/clips securing the centre of the bumper to the spare wheel well. Remove the single bumper securing screw each side just below the rear light cluster. Unclip and remove the plastic tread plate from the top of the bumper then remove the five bumper retaining screws underneath the plate. Lift and pull outwards the bumper ends to detach from the side mountings, then pull the bumper rearwards off the car. Easy as that with the help of mr Haynes.
