10 clips for underneath. They hammer the side skirt onto the sill right underneath the car, stops it flapping about.
5 each side.

Get 2 roles of the tape, makes life easier.

I think you need to do this in warm conditions, to allow the sticky stuff to stick, so in a garage with heater on!

Good luck, its not that hard, pretty easy infact in relation to other jobs!!

They are like butterfly clips.
It that the right word, i dont think it is actually!!

They are err,,,like a U shape.
Like this::

They hammer onto the lip edge of the skirt undeneath, to the raised bit of the sill...just hammer on, 5 each side. I guess they stop it flapping about and gettin caught on things underneath. You do this when the skirts are all fitted and in place i think.

They are the proper part from Rover.
The pads are just in there, they just stay there, the clips are a different part.

And...
I was talking in relation to other jobs i've had the pleasure of doing, such as d'oranging lights, changing interior etc!!!
