NZ MGF will become famous soon enoughNZ MGF will become famous soon enough
Lightbulb I almost scammed myself!

I was quoted NZ$1129 plus GST for an 'ex UK' rear screen for Escape.
But first I tried Autoglym Super Resin Polish ($30) as so many people on here recommended.

Here are my results:

Before: (inside looking out)

After:

Before: These two are on different angles, but whatever

After:

I can't believe I was even thinking about getting a new one!!

Flippin 'eck, that's good. In the first pic, you couldn't even see the yellow van

Edit: Joking aside, I've just looked at the pics again and they are really impressive. That's the first time I've seen it like that. What a cracking advert for Autoglym SRP

those first two before/after shots are the best I've ever seen, would you mind if I used them on my website, a great example of what can be achieved

Fantastic result there, well done.

In the picture with the yellow van though, is that man having a pee on the plants.

The second pic from the rear of the car would almost have one believing you had removed the screen completely. Not a bad product when used properly eh? And as for the savings, thats a good way to a ticket for yourself to fly up to the UK and buy a suitcase full of MG goodies on

Is the man in the background of the second photo watering the plants

I have found that Turtle Wax Ice is also very good for cleaning the plastic screen, Used this since last year.

I'm pretty impressed with it, I normally spray it on then work it in to the stubborn corners, spray some more on it then polish it off.
