Also complete rubbish.
The pipes may be corroding quicker than they should, probably to MOT failure levels. Until it corrodes through and you lose all braking, the efficiency won't be affected at all. |

What MY's does this affect, a mate has a P-reg.
This might explain why they keep going into the back of people
