seen this on gumtree, only 5000miles, unbelieveably cheap for the year and miles considering 2 '04 plates on autotrader with higher miles, 1 going for £10k the other for £9k

hmm wonder if this is another one of those " im out of the country but pay with e-bay safe holding fund and we will deliver the car to you scams!! loads of this type scam arround at the moment. British reg plates in ireland?????

could be a scam at that price, should be £10k although British plates arent unusual at all in Northern Ireland, a lot of dealers here buy their stock in England, still cheaper even after transporting back

For the risk of it, it might be worth taking a day trip courtesy of Easyjet to Belfast!

Boys although I wouldn't condone it myself, there are some who recognise Béal Feirste (Belfast) as belonging to those across the water in the UK, and as such UK/English reg system is usable in the North and VRT is not applied, as it is down here in the Free State. Hence nothing to dodgy about that reg in the North.

Hmmm does seem quite reasonable for an 06 plate! - could be genuine though...stranger things have happend! - just make sure HPi etc... are done first

Shame not on NI plates already, re register when in Eng/Wales/Scot and got a free private place

Looks a nice car with ultra low mileage.
Bear in mind its a non SE though - if that sort of thing matters! So would be missing quite a bit of kit - sunroof, satnav, xenon, leather, elec windows in rear, cruise, traction, OBC etc etc.

well spotted,wonder if the car is really up for sale at all, I read about a scam where they advertise a car without the owner knowing they have put it up for sale, I've just sent an e-mail to the seller so will be interesting to see what comes of it

Did you inform the police or gumtree who were hosting the ad to get it removed? I've e-mailed the ad a few times over the weekend using different e-mail addresses as the car is advertised for sale in multiple locations as well as N.Ireland but I havent had a reply to any of my queries which means either they've been caught out or else some poor sod has been scammed
