Hi,

I have an MG ZR+, 53.

I have noticed that on my dashboard the door/boot open light now stays on. I have double checked that all doors and the boot is closed but the light stays on. I've also noticed that I cannot now double lock/dead lock the car either.

Has anyone else experienced these problems or know what I can do to fix it?

take the black plastic cover off the boot latch on the tailgate. the bit of metal that turns the boot light will be bent out of place, bend it back, should sort your problem
