i notice mine where a bit old shill we say so i got nice new poly ones for it .

Very nice! Though the rear trailing arm bushes are the reral buggers to remove,great big solid lumps of rubber that only can be blow torched out!
did them on my VVC before Hg Dalek bought it off me! (he got a bargain there)
I don,t know if you can get poly versions of them as they are humungus!

I've been trying to do my front drop links for over 3 years. I even broke the jaws of a 6" Irwin vice trying to press the the std bushing out of the link. That was on a brand new one.

No rush now though, at least not until the head gasket is repaired.

dont press anything . you get a blow torch and burn them out .

and yes you can get poly versions of the big ones . i done them already
