Rover 218iS
Rover 218iS 5 door for sale:
98/S reg, 70,000 miles, FSH. (No tax/MOT but I will sort that once I've found a buyer). Old MOTs and lots of receipts/history, owned since 2000. Full iS spec, Fantastic condition, looks brand new. Standard car - 118bhp, 0-60 8.6, 121 mph, 37mpg, gp 9 ins. Mods: Fully adjustable Koni suspension, E-Tech strut brace, 15 inch Team Dynamics motorsport alloys, grooved/drilled EBC front discs and Greenstuff pads, Roverdose PG1 quickshift kit, Pipercross viper, Powerflow/Rage SS exhaust (quite quiet), Trophy 52mm throttle body, meshed grille, yellow brake calipers and other cosmetic improvements. Rolling Road graph showing 130bhp and 129lb/ft torque. Quick and great fun to drive. Washing it every weekend for four years basically. Dirt didn't even have time to attach itself
. Shame to see it go, but I have a new toy now and one has to go

Well, its group 9 insurance so depending on the insurer, you might be ok. Its been well looked after (by me) since it was 2, with one lady owner before (who worked for Rover, apparently). Its quick but I didn't tend to thrash it (I'm 33 so I've slowed down a bit) and its never been on a track. Still starts as soon as you turn the key, never missed a beat

Cheapest i could get it for was £800 :-(
If its still for sale in July when i get a full years NCB then Ill come bac to you. I have to say its the nicest 200 ive seen mate. |
