Question Rover 75 - Removing the factory-fit CD changer from my glove box!!

Hey guys, I've replaced my hu in my 75 and now have a defunct factory fit CD changer box in the glove box that's just taking up space.

Any ideas on how to get it out - I've tried gently wobbling and fiddling with it - it seems pretty secure.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

The procedure has been set out in full on the forums previously. If you do a search for 75 and glovebox and changer or similar it will bring it up.
