Why bother ?

just make sure the hub is clean with emery before fitting the disc screws or not it is more important that the faces are not distorted with rust.

Also you can use a flat nail punch to gently tap them round and out. It takes a while but be patient. Make a shoulder in the screw first then use that to drive the screw around. Don't bother with an impact driver.

I invested in an Impact Screwdriver a few years ago, well worth buying, dab of WD40 a few mins before and they always come out.

I am glad it worked for you. I bought an impact driver to do this job. It did not touch it. The end twisted and broke. I had to find another way.
