The complication is that these have a few different engine management combinations, easiest way to tell is simply by looking at the injection pump, some have one connector going to it, some have two. I expect this to be the one connection, which would be the earlier tandem-ecu systems (a bit like our rovers really).
I had a frontera 2.2dti a while back which had the single connector PSG5 injection pump, these could be mapped quite happily. The two connector types are tunable too but need my more advanced equipment to do.
I haven't had a specific request for either mafless or egr deletion with these, though I've just downloaded a few files for the single connector variant of the software and I've found the function switch area for these so adding mafless/egr should be quite trivial in all fairness.
Let me know if you need any more details, turbo is a GT15 variant so not a massive difference from our L-series, though we do need to look after the injection pump (we've got the dodgy fuel pumps in common too!)
